La Villa Des Sens

Villa Des Sens has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all bedrooms have a king size bed. This villa has a contemporary Balinese and Joglo architecture. At the villa entrance you will cross the pond with fish & lotus flowers where dive, on each side two walls of water. A large space of open living room, a 4 meters x 20 meters swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen & a bar. Aeration is provided by fans which support good air circulation. The garden around the pool offers a perfect harmonization of space.

The villa is located near the Seminyak, most popular and appreciated area in southwest Bali. A few minutes of a variety of restaurants including the renowned: The Metis, The Sardine, Cafe Bali, The Warisan, Rumours, Trattoria, The Cocoon, The Living Room, Hu`u Bar. Not to mention the galleries, spas, fashion boutiques, art and decoration. The Oberoi Beach and the famous restaurant`s lounge KuDeTa are less than 10 minutes to admire the magnificent sunset over the sea. The villa is in quiet area after a dead-end secured. The Bali International Airport is only 20 minutes from the beaches of Surfers Echo Beach, Canggu 15 minutes, the magnificent temple of Tanah Lot and the sumptuous Nirwana Golf designed by Greg Norman at 25 minutes. Ubud is less than an hour.

Bedrooms
The three air-conditioned rooms are very spacious, each with its private bathroom with greenery and exotic plants. They all have a bath and a walk in shower. They all have a theme color and natural materials, such as teak, terracotta floor. Beds ``king size``, 200 x 200 and 220 x 220 in the master bed room with Joglo.

The furniture is mostly of solid teak wood and well crafted. The decoration is sober. Paintings, photos, custom furniture, decorative Balinese objects.

Bathrooms
They all have distinct decorative materials and designed with the most refined, stone walls of Bali, polished concrete floors, marble, decorative mirrors. All have a part in "open skies", while ensuring complete privacy.

The Master has a garden and a staircase leads to the terrace where you can see the rice fields surrounding the Villa.

Living and Dining Rooms
The lounge is the centerpiece of the villa with an impressive height of almost ten meters below the ``Joglo`` (old teak architecture supporting the roof with a central decorated beam voluntarily restored by owner). A huge table 120cm X 430 cm in hardwood and contrasting colors is placed against the bottom under the mezzanine. The lounge area is dominated by a magnificent chandelier 200cm high while copper strip of Java. Large Teak sofas covered with cushions help you to enjoy the view over the garden and pool. Aeration is done with ten fans with a natural air flow through high openings.

WiFi access allows the use of laptop from all points of the house. Mezzanine of 40m2 and movie addicts can relax with a nice flat screen to watch a DVD, enjoy access cable TV, read a good book or just listen to music (adjacent massage room).

Kitchen
The modern kitchen where the staff prepares a wide range of dishes and refreshments is equipped with a design, black granite work plan and stainless steel modern facilities. A fountain of mineral water is available to you. Dedicated room also allows on-site treatment of laundry.
